We got our first house thanks to Gavin!! He was such a good listener in understanding what we were looking for. He dedicated so much of his time touring houses with us for so many afternoons and made changes to better accommodate our schedules and what was best for us. Throughout the whole process (looking, touring, buying, closing) he always communicated clearly and promptly. If we every had questions he was always ready with an answer and had solid wisdom and insight to offer us. We now have a wonderful to live in!! If we ever sell or look to buy a new property, we will for sure be working with Gavin again.

Gavin was super helpful not only before the home buying process began but took me to over a dozen different showings, no matter the time and helped me to be super proactive in getting my first house. He was there every step of the way and made sure to get back to me with any questions I had! He even helped me out after closing to make sure everything went well moving in!
