We have been lucky enough to work with Jill twice now! She walked us thru as first time home buyers in 2019 and then in 2023 when we needed more space for our growing family. There is not enough praise that I could ever say to show the true talent and dedication Jill has for her clients. On strict deadlines she is more than willing to stay up all night to get the job done to ensure our needs are met. She is the brightest ray of sunshine and has contributed tremendously to our fulfilling home life.

Jill was amazing to work with when we were house hunting. She listened to our needs and searched out homes to visit that matched those needs. Jill was willing to literally walk through snow drifts to look at homes with us! We couldn't have asked for a better partner in our house hunting search! Working with Jill to buy our first home was a really positive experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about features within homes, areas in Rochester, and the home buying process. Additionally, Jill provided encouragement, support and empathy when our first few offers werent accepted. She understood the disappointment that comes with rejected offers, and she cared! She wanted us to find the house of our dreams. Our third offer got accepted and the home couldnt be more perfect for our us! If we ever sell and buy again in the area we would definitely work with Jill!
