Matt has been an amazing realtor since we first met with him. My husband and I needed help to find a home and fast! Matt was very good at being available whenever a new home popped up on the market, often getting to see a house the first day it was on the market and within the first few hours. As we toured homes, Matt was great at showing us potential risks/expenses in homes so we knew what we were getting into. Such as old furnaces needing replacement, leaky roofs, poor plumbing, the age of AC units etc. He was also very knowledgeable about VA loans, which was very helpful as we went through homes he knew what to look for and what wouldnt pass inspection. Any questions we had at all Matt was happy to answer or he would find the answer for us. He clearly loves what he does and is very experienced and knowledgeable in Realty. Very nice and smart man, made the house buying process easy and less stressful, would highly recommend!

Matt was great, provided excellent perspective whenever we toured a home, was available for questions and for property tours at my convenience. Exactly what you want out of a realtor: efficient, honest, patient. He took care of all the background stuff so I didn't have to worry about it.

Matt was outstanding to work with. Very genuine, authentic, honest and patient. He listened to our desires of what we wanted in a home and when he found it he gave us many options during negotiations with the seller.
