Moving to Rochester was a no brainer for us safe, inclusive, and affordable. However, moving from out of state, we had no deep knowledge of the area with regards to housing and what would work best for our family both commuting to our new careers at the Mayo Clinic and the logistics of different school and after school activities that our three kids were involved in. Connecting with Sandra was the missing piece of the puzzle. She was immediately able to help us get our bearings in Rochester and identify which would be the best neighborhood in Rochester to match our familys needs. She did live video tours for us to narrow down the best options and then didnt hesitate to meet us very late at night for an in-person showing after we encountered several traffic delays getting to Rochester. We have been renting a property from Sandra in the SW Rochester neighborhood, and cant say enough positive things about the property and our experience working with her. Sandra is the upmost professional. Her commitment to Rochester and her work inspires me. Occasionally, I received gift cards for a coffee or piece of pizza- so fun! Though I ended up not selling my house with Sandra, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Shes on top of it!

Buying a house without an offer on your own can be scary, but Sandra Reid from Remax Results handled the stressful situation with skill and ease. She walked us through step by step what we needed to do to make sure our home showed at its very best, took beautiful professional-level photos (at no cost to us!), posted a video on social media to highlight what life would be like living in the Mantorville community for prospective buyers and created an intense digital marketing campaign behind it all, to make sure our home got exposed to the largest audience possible. We had 8 showings and 4 offers on the very first day and that was in the middle of winter, during the holidays, and in a market with fewer buyers due to higher interest rates. When we ran into last-minute complications around the purchase of our new home, Sandra was there to streamline the negotiation process and advocate for what we needed.
