This was my first time buying and living in a house. I've lived in big cities, apartments, and dorms all my life, so I was super nervous buying the house and everything coming with it seemed stressful due to the lack of knowledge. Nikolina has been extremely helpful, answering my questions via email or texts in the evenings and over the weekend. It's almost three years since I first talked with her about buying a house until I actually bought a house. She has been patient, never rushed me to anything. She has a lot of expertise and really knows what she's doing. Highly recommend her to everyone

Nikolina has been tremendously helpful throughout the whole process of home buying. She is very knowledgeable about the market, super responsive (even in the evenings and over the weekends), detail oriented, and very pleasant to work with. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the home buying process; Nikolina patiently answered all our questions and provided valuable advice and suggestions. On our house tours, she pointed out problems with the houses that we wouldnt have noticed. We found our dream home with her help. We were lucky to have Nikolina as our realtor.
