        horrible service. only one employee behind the counter while a line of people waited. nicole gave absolutely horrible service. i asked for an exchange of an order from Black Friday. she refunded my order, and then proceeded to charge me full price, when all i wanted was an exchange, with ended up with me walking out empty handed AND leaving my initial order there. I asked for my initial items back to do an exchange online, but she told me she returned them, which I did not ask for. Ouch. Will NOT be back.
