I'm a physician and I often send patients' samples to the Mayo Lab. On two occasions I have called to ask a lab physician about the interpretation of a test. On both instances my call was answered very quickly by a live human being. They have always promptly put me in touch with the consultants with whom I need to speak. Very impressed
