Has been an absolute MESS! AnneMarie has canceled 67% of her appointments on my bundle! I have heard excuse after excuse after excuse from her. I had purchased a 9 bundle in July of 2023. She has canceled 5 out of my 8 scheduled. The most recent was she has an injury and can no longer provide her two hour bundles. When I explained why that doesn't work for me and my schedule she send aggressive text messages saying it works for everyone else and why can I not make it work as well. AS of yesterday 3/26/24 in.a text she says she can no longer provide me any services and refuses to give me a refund and it was a risk I took when I signed the paperwork. A RISK?!?!?! I am trying to come to scheduled appointments and it is her that cancels them last minute, lies with excuses, and then treats me like I did something wrong. As a business owner in the area I do not have unlimited flexibility for a massage. Now she is forcing me to take her to court to be able to get money back since she refuses to provide what I paid for. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM HER SHE WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO NOT PROVIDE WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND TRY TELLING YOU EVEN THOUGH SHE REFUSES SERVICE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THAT IS STEALING!!! After submitting this review she contacted me asking me if she refunded me plus added additional payment would I remove this review. So within a 10 hr time span she went from refusing me service, refusing me a refund and telling me it is a risk I took to offering me a refund if I removed my honest review. I even asked her what part of my review was dishonest and she could not answer that and advised the question knowing that my review is honest and trying to warn others to avoid this scam of getting their time and money stolen. She gets very defensive when I ask her what part of my review is not honest and has not been able to give an example because my review is 100% honest.

AnaMarie has helped me so much since I started seeing her over a year ago. Shes helped me recover fast from injuries, and recover from old/recurring injuries. She brings her experience and advice and offers a great service every time. The longer you go, the better it gets. Highly recommend.

AnaMarie is warm, friendly and tremendously skilled! She uses various techniques and pressure levels to best treat each person/muscle group, and I always walk out feeling amazing! Thank you, AnaMarie!
