We've had a great experience with North Risk, mainly on the commercial/business side. I want to give a huge thank you to Paul Apenhorst, he was able to find the perfect policy/provider that balanced everything we needed for insuring the company. If you ever need something, they do answer the phone, and if the miss your call, they get back to you very fast. I'm able to basically get coverage added the same day, which is crucial for a growing business. Thanks Paul!!

Very responsive guy. I have insurance bundled through this agency. I moved here to Dave and away from 'Progressive' with my auto as well now. Actually saved a lot of money by leaving 'Progressive'. Just paying for insurance now... NOT a lot of advertising with call centers outside America. UPDATE: As I was scrolling through the reviews, Dave called me back. Like a five minute wait time... not even my mom calls me back that fast! ;-)

Bob Breitner is extremely unprofessional, rude and down right condescending. I've never seen such poor treatment from a professional insurance agent.

Started off great as new customers. The last couple years have been disappointing. Rarely do you talk to an agent, most always voice mail. Takes forever to get quotes or questions answered. Definitely did not feel like a valued customer.

We have insurance through North Risk Partners on home, autos, and cabin. It provided us with more coverage at a better value than what we had in the past. They have always been very professional and responsive when we have needed assistance.
