i went to Nicole not really knowing what I wanted. i just knew my hair had no style and looked unkempt. I am very happy with what she did. My hair looks neat and has style. Thank you, Nicole. i will be back.

I had never had my hair professionally colored before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was nervous that because of my years of built up black dye on top of already bleached hair Nicole was going to tell me there was nothing we could do to give me the blonde and black look that I was dreaming of. Nicole made a plan with me and asked several times for my input and preferences while explaining the whole process in detail. This was my first time seeing Nicole so she used a 20 vol developer for my bleach to make sure she preserved the integrity of my hair instead of opting for a higher volume to get a higher lift but risking the health of my hair. While placing my foils she made sure to check in and ask for my input about the pattern and what each option would like look in the end. To both of our surprise my hair lifted to a bright red-pink towards my ends and blonde towards the mid of my hair to the to roots. Nicole handled this beautifully and was able to talk with me about our options. We were able to get quite a bit of my black dye out in one sitting. Definitely was more than I was expecting. She suggested putting something over to cover the pink until our next appointment where she then could do another process. I am extremely pleased with how much she was able to lift out after one session, even if we needed to cover it for the time being Nicole gave me a beautiful brown that is even and wearable until I see her again. This was such a wonderful experience especially after being so nervous. I will be coming back exclusively and will recommend her to anyone that will listen! Nicole did an amazing job turning my hair from a light brown/dirty blond to a light silver/blond over the last year and a half. After this last appointment, I have had so many compliments on my hair even 3 months since I last had it done. Definitely recommend if you want a healthy transition from dark to light.
