        We had our daughter's birthday party and One Athletics. They did a nice job preparing activities and keeping the kids engaged. Definitely would recommend for a fresh type of kids b-day party.

        2 hour strength and conditioning class was great for our daughter who is in Cheer. Valentino worked on core, agility, and many others that are so fun my daughter barely knew she was exercising!

        My daughter and I attended Parent and Child Team Workout after she had been attending team workouts and loved them. The instructor was knowledgeable and attentive to individual skill levels and very accommodating. Will be going back for more!
