I hired Chris to do a brand new deck on my house. He did an excellent job on it. He did not cut any corners and was built up to code at a competitive price. I was extremely pleased with the work. Highly recommend him. Will definitely use him again.

We would recommend Chris without hesitation. He remodeled a porch into a beautiful sunroom, handling most of the project himself. We found him to be a very careful workman, taking pride in his craft. He was also very easy to work with, considerate and pleasant, which is important to us. He returned calls promptly, kept us informed on the delivery of materials, and worked well with the planning and permitting process right through completion of our beautiful new room. Hired to finish our basement and we were very happy! Very efficient, detailed, honest, fair, nice, professional, and quality worker!!! We will be hiring again this Summer to build a deck!

Shanahan Building and Remodeling was great to work with. He gave me options in both of the projects I had done with him. We had them room my rental with metal roofing. They also dug an egress window in so I could make another bedroom in my basement. Will be looking them up again when its time to remodel our bathroom!
