Excellent experience from sale to finish! Spencer, design consultant, listens to you as a customer, is patient, asks just enough questions to completely understand what is expected in the end result. The lead installer, Andrew, was in communication from start to finish. The end result? Amazing!! Love my shop floor!!

Everyone one I dealt with, from the sales rep to customer service to install technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The quality is excellent. I am very happy with my beautiful garage floor!

We got our garage done a few years ago. At the time we had no issues, the installers came and got the job done fast and efficient and looked great. Fast-forward to this year and their "warranty" doesn't cover anything after paying $4500 to have them install the coating. I have 3 cracks that have formed and a few spots where it is flaking up and came off. They want $400 to come out and fix it. I won't be using it in our next home and will be doing floor tiles instead that can be replaced easily and much cheaper. Service: Garage floor epoxy coating

Polytek of Rochester did an amazing job coating our garage floor. Spencer was thorough in his demonstration, explanation of the process and in answering our questions. He brought multiple color samples to choose from. The crew then completed our floor within a week. They were all professional and efficient. The completed floor is beautiful, the color we chose compliments the house well. We are thrilled to have a Polytek floor before winter brings the snow and salt in. We highly recommend this to anyone considering the process for themselves. You will not be disappointed!
