We had the privilege of working with some excellent staff at Rochester Ford. Tom Richard was our initial salesperson and numbers person; Michael Harris was our contact during the ordering and waiting period . He was always quick to respond to any questions I had on the build process and delivery . Mike Allison then took over getting us ready for the delivery of the Maverick. What an exciting day, Mike was so patient with setting up the Ford Pass and all the questions we had. He has also texted to make sure we are comfortable with the new vehicle. A simple oil change and tire rotation turned into learning that my car needed an entire new set of rear brake calipers, brake pads, and rotors! The employees at Rochester Ford service center walked me through what they saw, showed me the difference in my rear and front rotors, and explained everything so nicely. I have had the best experience with Robert J. in sales. He really went above and beyond with helping me fix all the minor issues with my car I have just purchased in March and found a different vehicle for my children that I feel safe in!
