        In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never dealt with a more irresponsible, disrespectful, ignorant credit institution. My experience with them was handled so recklessly by "professionals" it truly flabbergasted me. I will NEVER recommend anyone ever take out a loan with these imbeciles. If you want a Loan institution that will not hold itself accountable for "lost" documents in their own system and have its branch banker blatantly lie to your face then enjoy dealing with this corrupt institution.

        Altra enjoys mailing misleading ADVERTISEMENTS as "important" mail. Preying on people worrying about their loans to try and sell more of their products is despicable. It is a shady marketing gimmick and makes people distrustful. Also, it is very wasteful of resources, as well as the time/labor it takes both parties to process these deceptions. There is no option to opt-out of this practice via your online account.
