I came to your office in agony and I was petrified of any dental work, you put me at ease even if it is my biggest fear . you gave me all the time, as if you had nothing else to do and you had the patience like a saint. your team are as amazing, including your amazing, pleasant, kind assistant Molly. I can't thank you enough for making my experience so comfortable I recommend your office to anyone , And whoever comes will not be disappointed. I can assure them with absolute certainty it may be no fun needing a root canal, but in your office you make it feel like a breeze !!!

I had the pleasureof having my first root canal at Rochester Endodontics. From the moment I stepped inside the beautiful and inviting office and was greeted by the friendly and informative front desk staff I knew I chose the right practice. I was introduced to a cheerful and knowledgeable assistant who prepped me for treatment physically and mentally. After meeting the professional and experienced Doctor Gray and witnessed the friendly relationship between him and his assistant, I immediately felt comfortable. Their chemistry truly created a relaxed environment for me during treatment. I appreciated that I was asked repeatedly if I had any discomfort and additionally that I was informed step by step what was occurring. The treatment moved along smoothly and was painless and successful! I would definitely recommend Rochester Endodontics for your root canal!

First root canal, they explained the procedure in detail, , very concerned about my comfort, and I can honestly say I felt no discomfort. Everyone was professional, pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
