Paid deposit for job in Sept, they didnt have time to start job until January which was not communicated upfront. What was supposed to take 2 weeks, was nowhere near complete at 3+ weeks and it was becoming clear the quality of work wasnt as expected. The ceiling wasnt mudded, taped, or screwed in well before knockdown texture was applied and painted. They put screws in after the fact which made it stable, but you could clearly see where all the screws were put in and patched over. The knockdown texture now needs to be scraped off and re-done. Wallpaper was removed but small pieces of the paste were left behind, and then painted over. The mudding taping and skimming wasnt done as well as expected before paint was applied. In certain places wall was gouged out during wallpaper removal. Paint that was applied wasnt what we wanted, and we were not contacted before they decided to just get a different paint and painted with that. Contacted owner who was not nice at all, did not offer to make things right or apologize. Am now out thousands of dollars for the deposit, for which no contract or paperwork was drawn up and signed. Will be finding someone else to complete the work.

I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. They are meticulous as far as attention to detail, yet very efficient.
