We hired TLS to complete our buildout and couldnt be happier. From Todd putting together a comprehensive bid, their knowledge and understanding of what we needed (franchise, not typical), Jakes expertise in the field, their willingness to correct anything we found (Im in construction and it was basically nothing), and Melissa in the office, we were incredibly impressed with the whole team, top to bottom! TLS completed the build out of our new space and it turned out exactly as we had envisioned it. They quickly addressed the couple minor items that weren't perfect promptly after our initial inspection. Spenser and Todd quickly followed up on all of our questions and concerns, and the final product is wonderful. Great folks to work with!
