125 Live truly helped me during the days, and months after I lost my husband to cancer. The mental and physical enjoyment I received from going there, really assisted me with getting through my sadness and grief. There is great camaraderie with this wonderful group of people, not to mention the health benefits we all get from the numerous fitness classes that are offered. There are also many social activities , music, pottery classes, lectures, and so much more to do. Come and take a tour! You will love this place!

Really enjoy going to 125! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They have so many options for exercise and interesting and fun things to do. A great place to spend your time.

I joined 125 Live a year or two before the COVID shutdown. Fortunately, regular exercising had become a habit at that point. They showed their commitment to the members by putting exercise classes on Zoom. Both the pools and the wide variety of classes make it easy to find ways to keep yourself moving safely no matter what your situation is.

125 Live is a terrific place for many reasons. There are lots of different things to do everyday: art classes, game room, library, : fun exercise groups and classes, as well as a wide variety of exercise machines, and the list goes on! I am very glad that I found 125 Live
