I would prefer to not give a star at all. Never have I, as a military parent ever been treated so poorly, so unprofessionally and been so highly ghosted by an alleged professional CPA in an attempt to get my sons tax returns filed while he is stationed overseas. Disgusted!!

My husband and I contacted Jeffrey to do our taxes. His rating on google was outstanding, now I noticed those are all from 4 years ago. I used to do our taxes myself but last year my husband started his own business and I realized I would not be able to do them myself this year. At first things went well. We liked that things were done online so we didnt need to go into an office. However communication has since been horrible! We have tried emailing, putting a note in the portal they use and calling. Its been over a week since the email, about a week since I put a note on the portal and a phone call where my husband left a voice message over 24 hours ago. We have not gotten any responses. There was another email that I sent a while ago and never got a response. It was not important for this tax season and I figured they are probably pretty busy right now so that could wait. But now, taxes are due in 2 weeks and I havent been able to get ahold of him. Now we will have to file an extension and find a new accountant.
