I went back to Lauren after my first appointment to freshen up and move forward towards the blonde I was looking for, at the second appointment I was given odd highlights that left lines everywhere on my hair, when I was looking for balayage. The bleeding lines left in my hair were awful and I had to go back 2 days later to get a correction color done by another stylist. The correction ended up darkening my hair and not being what I had asked for, but at least all the bleeding lines were gone. I no longer recommend this salon the girls there dont really understand balayage and hand painting of color nor do they understand how to get the correct color. Plus it cost WAY TO MUCH MONEY to go there and get the random color that you end up with. I suggest going someplace. I actually was able to achieve the color and style I wanted by doing the color/bleach at home myself and toning myself. Do you research and find a stylist that has actual experience and clearing understands what you are looking for.
INITIAL REVIEW Lauren did an amazing job! I came in to get a highlight and color correction after another salon ruined my hair. Lauren listened to everything I had to say about what I was looking for and the end result I wanted. She was patient as I brought my 2 young kids with me as well. She did a great job explaining the process to get where I wanted to go and I left there feeling 10x better about how my hair looked. My husband said it was an amazing change. I cant wait to head back in December to get the color freshened up. I highly recommend Lauren she did an amazing job! Also the salon is very open and inviting and everyone is very friendly.

Steph at Salon Chic is amazing! Ive driven up to the cities and paid $100 for haircuts that didnt come close to her work. Sweet, smart, articulate, artistic, and a perfectionist. Youre in good hands! Services received, haircut, color, brow wax, and deep conditioning treatment.
