My older parents had dings repaired to their car. They took it in when it was Med City Collision, and when they got it out it was Caliber Collision. They paid, they ran the check manually, then as an electronic transaction (charged twice). My parents disputed once- Calibur told THEM (they are in their 70s) to call Wells Fargo (Calibers bank, not their) to remedy. They now have collections calling, and have had to engage their attorney because Calibur said they put the money back, and asking my elderly parents to call around and chase the money. It is exceptionally dishonest business practices and obviously providing my parents with a lot of angst and stress for $1500. I cant believe Calibur cant call their own financial team to provide reconciliation or assist as their local bank (Affinity Plus) has researched this to death and said Caliber has not refunded the money. Steer clear of this place and the shady operations. Service: General repairs & maintenance
