You have to make appointment to see a banker and due to a decrease in employees. The appointment times are out several weeks.

I'm from out-of-town and needed an important document notarized. I called this branch (and 3 other branches in Rochester) 5+ times each over an entire Tuesday and none of them EVER answered the phone. Ludicrous. I had to go to UPS. I've been a WF customer for 10+ years and they are really slipping. I know some PR person is gonna respond to this saying how sorry they are for my poor experience, and how much Wells Fargo prides themselves on customer service, and can I please email them to address my concerns. No, don't make this another item on my to-do list that I gotta deal with. Just tell this branch to answer the freaking phone.
