        Im editing my 5 star review because my boyfriends neighbors have had cops at their door 17 times because they have their kids banging on their floors and walls and 2 am and 3am and 4am. Then they argue and yell at the kids as loud as they can at all hours of the night. The kids also run through the hallway and get food snacks all over the floors which never get cleaned. The management has been informed over and over and over again from all their neighbors. Not to mention that the sweet couple below them never get sleep either because it sounds like a train crashing through the floor every night. These very rude disrespectful neighbors do have association with people that work for the Gates of Rochester. The reason we have changed our review is because this WAS the calmest building for 4 years until they moved in and nothing had been done about the loud neighbors for 3 months now. Lets not forget to mention that they like to smoke weed in the hallway and when I come over to visit my boyfriend they act like theyre hiding it in the hallway but hello I saw you put it to your side and you can smell that instantly. This is no longer a place of security. No one is getting restful sleep. Their always loud and people bang on their door at all hours of the night and day. Gates of Rochester, are you going to do something to make the building peaceful again? Will change review once this favoritism of tenants is dealt with.

        i put in a request to clear a path to the parking lot so i could get my walker thru. Aaron was right on it. so much appreciated to be taken care of. again a path needed to be done for my disabilities and Aaron and Augustine were out in this bitterly cold weather taking care of me/us. thank you so much!

        I applied for them and got denied. But the crazy part is that I keep getting the runaround about my deposit. 3 weeks and still haven't gotten my deposit back. Now they telling me it hasn't been processed yet. Like what if I needed that deposit to apply for another apartment. Yah holding me back. Like give me my dam money back or I will be suing foreal. Please don't do business with them. They don't care that people need they deposit back to move.
