Great location off 52; bus stop right outside. The exterior is unassuming but actually a decent place to live. Bishop Management is quick to respond to requests. Josh, the maintenance guy, used to live in this building and takes care of it like it's his own. Building is very quiet. Most tenants are working, in their 20s-30s, and have no children. Each unit gets 1 parking space. Extra parking on the road. Our unit was a 2 bedroom that was converted into a very large 1 bedroom (with 3 closets). Coin laundry on ground floor. Laundry room is well lit (see photo). The space is ideal for 1 person but 2 can fit if they don't own a lot of stuff. Building is very safe. The exterior doors are always locked. There is a fair amount of road noise from 19th St NW. We frequently hear sirens going to Edenbrook and the occasional train.
