Mike is super easy to work the sale of our house presented some challenges but he never gave up and kept us from giving up too. In the end we got it sold and can now enjoy our new house.

Mike is amazing! I was going through a divorce and he advised me in the way I needed while having patience of me figuring things out, advised me to the right people. He is patient, kind, and more than understands things. He was more than available when I was ready to buy a house the second I was approved, I had a home within a couple hours!

Mike delivered a great realtor experience. A chance meeting at Fourth of July fireworks introduced me to Mike as we were shopping for realtors the previous few weeks to sell our home after 30 years. Been a long time since Ive been in the market and was apprehensive choosing any realtor. We were not disappointed in selecting Mike to sell our home. Mike did a great analysis of comps in our neighborhood and came to the right conclusion on sell price and strategy for the sale. Although the market was still hot, it was starting to cool off and Mike's strategy and advice was invaluable. Mike was in constant communication with us, advising us on what we needed to do and offering help in any way he could to prep the house for showing. In the end we got more than the asking price and the house was only on the market for 2 days. Im convinced Mikes knowledge of the market helped us tremendously. Well done, Mike! I would recommend Mike to anyone.

We couldnt have asked for better, Mike is amazing. Patient, considerate, always responds no matter what. We appreciate him so much, hes beyond exceptional, I even referred our own daughter to him.

Mike always responded quickly to our requests to tour a house and with our many questions once we found our townhome. We would highly recommend him. UPDATE: We sold our house in record time for a significant amount over asking price. Mike gave us excellent advice to make it possible, from setting the asking price, scheduling showings, reviewing the 10 offers received in 2 days and advising us all the way through closing. We could not be more pleased with the entire process. Plus, we love our new townhouse and neighborhood.
