        I was having a problem with my gear shift. I called and was seen the same day. Roger was so professional and kind. I was given a loaner car. My car was taken care of in a short time and at a Very reasonable price. This the place to go.

        The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, they generously gave me a loaner car while mine was being repaired, and were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The repair itself was top notch and the price was fair.

        Several years ago they overhauled my F-150 transmission. After the repair it had harsh 1-2 shifts. I brought it to back to the shop twice and they said its normal and will break in. It didnt. Later I decided to change the fluid and filter and found pieces of clutch material in the pan. It still slams from 1-2. Edit: the WO number was 199395. I doubt you can do much for me as I moved to FL. Edit #2: I replaced the valve body, fluid, and filter. The 1-2 shift is now perfect. Edit #3: The new owner contacted me and offered to pay for the valve body. This was a kind gesture, given that the original work was years ago and under different ownership. Thank you John! I raised my review from 1 star to 3.
