I recently came into the store for some new clubs and I'll share some tips for success. Before you go in call up and ask if Deric is working, if he isn't ask when he scheduled next. Deric helped me pick out some new clubs and made what I anticipated as a stressful shopping experience into an enjoyable time. Overall I was pretty intimidated with the countless options but Deric walked me through everything and helped me select the best clubs for play style. He steered me away from the more expensive options and helped me focus on what I could get for the best value. Deric single handily made my afternoon amazing, with his knowledge and sense of humor I will gladly come back just from this single experience.

The manager (I believe his name is Mike) was very helpful and kind. I'm a novice golfer trying to improve my game and came in looking for a forgiving set of irons. He helped me understand the difference between the G710s and the Mizuno Hot Metals and did a great job guiding me to what set would work best for my abilities. He helped me understand the numbers I was looking at in the test swing simulator and I left feeling confident in which clubs I should go with. In our whole interaction I felt zero pressure to buy. I genuinely believe he was there to help give information and guide me to the best set of clubs, whether I purchased from him or not. Couldn't recommend this place and Mike enough!

I had an exceptional experience at Golf Galaxy, and it was largely thanks to Alex! His assistance and expertise made my visit truly enjoyable. Alex went above and beyond to help me find the perfect golf gear, patiently answering all my questions and offering valuable advice. His knowledge of the products and genuine passion for golf were evident. The store itself had a fantastic selection and a great atmosphere. Thanks to Alex's outstanding customer service, I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this store, especially for Alex's expertise and helpfulness!
