Four Points by Sheraton Mall of America Minneapolis Airport

Stephanie and Natasha and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Happy to help with all your needs and always a pleasent smile and kind words to make you feel at home while you travel or stay, the hotel itself is an affordable, well located, clean, and amenity filled property (great breakfast, bar, Netflix in room, nice pool and hottub, gym, comfy and spacious rooms and comfortable beds). It's a welcoming environment and a luxury experience at a great price. Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to town or just seeking a comfortable night away. 5 stars all around.

We stayed for two nights this week. Our room was clean. The hotel was clean. The service was great. All the employees we interacted with were helpful and professional. A special shout out: Kareem helped us numerous times mostly just with questions and small things. He was kind, professional but also very personable. He made our whole experience better.
