        Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Flooring Expo and cannot recommend. First, the salesperson, Justin, oversold and promised a certain install that was not possible (tearing out old hardwood to install floating floor VLT in old kitchen when a glue down would only be possible.) Second, Flooring Expo uses third-party contract installers. The first installer who came out at 11:30am, could barely speak English and was unable to complete the install. After requesting a team of installers, new, knowledgeable installers came out the second time and indicated the job could not be performed as originally planned. We had to scrap the original plan and try something else. Finally, 3 month later, the project was completed on the third try. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.
