There was no clean out installed on our drain so he was unable to check the drain pipe. He explained the problem and said if we experience a clogged pipe to call him and he will fix the problem the least expensive way.

From my first contact with Erich, where he went out of his way to make sure I got a call back on a tight timeframe, to the team showing up at the door this company was by far one the the best to work with. They took the time to explain everything, answer my calls, addressed questions or concerns and made sure I saw that the work was finished adequately. Franco and his team were amazing and I would recommend Defend!

While Defend Sewer Repair did not do any work for us personally (they performed sewer repair for our neighbor), the crew were very courteous and polite in asking us permission to park their equipment on our property and sort of tore up part of our front yard. However, they were very vigilant making sure they did not disturb or destroy my garden and birdbath. Because we were so nice and accommodating, they re-sodded our whole front yard, including adding some black dirt to even out our yard. The workers were all extremely nice.
