        Thank you Dr. Koltes!! I had my DOT Physical done today and many in the past. Very easy, efficient, friendly, and professional. No appointment needed I always recommend Back to Health for DOT Physicals. They even offer to forward paperwork to the State. Thanks for your hard work!!

They always send me paperwork promptly, and they also reach out to let me know when their posted hours are changing. We are very happy to have a reliable place to send new and existing employees.
