Classic Collision

I have used MAACO three times in the past years to have rust repair and painting done on my cars. Excellent work was done each time. The most recent time the Richfield Maaco was the only auto body shop that would even look at my car for a rust repair because it was for a 1996 Seville Cadillac. It is a very well kept 1996. Kirstin was happy to do an estimate for me and take on the work and Mike the body technician did plus 10 work on my car. Where all other shops wouldnt do this work for me Maaco did. Now I can keep my 1996 for even longer. I Would definitely recommend this Maaco for body and paint work Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went in to get the chipped paint on my hood fixed. I didn't want it to spread or get worse. They gave me an estimate. I brought it in on 5/24/23. They said it should be done by Friday (5/26/23) and they'd call me-I never got a call or any update. I then went the entire 3 day weekend without my car. I then waited until mid day Tuesday (5/29/23) and then I called them asking when my car would be ready. They said they were waiting on the JEEP emblem and it would be done soon. I went over to the shop around 4p and it's sitting there done. I pay. It's $50 over the estimate because of the price of the emblem. When I get home I saw that the JEEP is so ridiculously off center. I then called and they said they're ordering a new emblem and it'll be here Wednesday and they'd call me-I never received a call. Wednesday I noticed the auto start/stop alert came on. The alert said my hood was open when it wasn't. I also opened and closed it just to be safe. I then looked further and the piece that pushes the sensor down was missing. I called again Friday asking if I can come in. They fix the JEEP emblem. I tell them about the missing piece and they can't find it. They have to order one and I was told to come back the following day. I called Friday (6/2/23) and they told me the part isn't in. Additionally there's a scratch from the JEEP emblem when it was moved and a spot in the paint. Monday (6/5/23) I go in for the third time and my friend is there to ask for some compensation. Mark tried to buff out the scratch and the "dirt" but said that the hood would have to be repainted. He didn't offer, but I refused to leave my vehicle there for any other service. Mark is the owner and he was the one who put on the JEEP emblem the first time. He ended up giving me half of a refund after originally saying absolutely not to a partial or full refund. I'm still upset with the entire experience and how many problems there were. I will not be returning to this location. Service: Painting
