When my daughter first moved in she liked the convenience of the location and the building was clean and maintained. Then management changed and they must have saved a bunch of money on the cleaning crew because the hallways and elevator just became dirty. The smell in the trash room would cling to you for hours. It also seemed like they started taking low income vouchers and people just stopped caring about picking up after themselves or their pets. Parking is a problem unless you overpay for a garage spot. Otherwise you are stuck on the street with everybody else and you won't get a spot. One lady even had her accident totaled car towed to the front of the building and left in a parking spot on the street. Broken glass and all. And don't be fooled by the reply from management you're gonna see under this review saying they sure do care about my concerns and they're sorry this happened. Management was well aware of these concerns at the time and did nothing to address them.

Youll never get a hold of this place. I called, emailed, sent a website contact, etc. several times over the last few weeks and have not heard back. I would hate to live there, if this is how they treat people who WANT to live there. Whos to say what happens once you already pay rent. I understand not being available for the holidays but before and after is just unacceptable.

A close friend lived here for a couple years and just moved out to a new apartment complex. There was a management change during the time she lived there and it was chaotic even as someone who was there periodically to visit my friend. The common areas became increasingly dirty over the years, to the point where you simply could not use the common area bathroom without holding your breath. The management was rude to my friend whenever there were valid complaints (like her neighbor across the hallway leaving food and perishable items in the unit and the apartment being marked as inhabitable, but no action taken to clean or address the stench of rotten food all through that floor). I would definitely not recommend living here. There are better units in the area for the same price.

Now that I'm settled into my new place, I'm ready to get into this.... My boyfriend and I moved into Chamberlain (yellow building) in 2020, we got a one bedroom, which was really similar to their studio.. maybe they were getting over on us for a year. Who knows. Anyway, that building wasn't terrible but there were a few things I'd like to note: 1. My skin started breaking out, and there's a big chance it had something to do with the water. 2. The walls are fairly thin, we had a neighbor with two dogs that were extremely vocal. 3. Nobody picks up their dog mess. After a year, we moved to the red building and that's when things really took a turn for the worst. 1. Chamberlain's management changed to Saturday Properties in 2021, when this happened it was no secret that the last management did not have tenants paperwork in order. We were in the process of adopting a puppy, told old management we would be finalizing in a few weeks and they mentioned they would reach out in a month with paperwork. Obviously this note wasn't made because when new management came, we never heard anything from them. Now, we could have said something, but we didn't. Eventually new management dropped off a bill for pet rent for each month we had been living in the new red building, so we obviously fought this because they had no idea when we even got our puppy. When trying to talk to them RESPECTFULLY, the manager would not listen to me at all. She cut me off every few words, was super defensive and unprofessional. She only let up when my boyfriend spoke. 2. An inhuman spell filled our hallways for a whole MONTH, literally a smell I've never encountered. Come to find out our neighbor abandoned their place and left food and God knows whatever else in there. Management never told us. We found out one day by seeing CAUTION signs on their door saying it was unsafe to enter. STILL, they never said anything and just let all the residents breathe in whatever toxic waste was in their apartment. 3. Towards the end of our time there, we had a group of 5 individuals basically living in the common area. We know this because we saw them sleeping on the couches and bringing food and water there night after night.Complaints had been made and the most management did was send out an email saying to respect quiet hours. 4. After moving, we got a bill from collections because they didn't prorate our month (we left early), and they didn't try to contact us before sending it to collections. All this to say, I personally would not recommend Chamberlain to anyone. Well, maybe to someone I don't like.
