        We have had our taxes done by them for several years. Yes, they are professional and they do get it done. It's not always just about doing the job. I and I'm sure others want friendly and courteous service too. Lee prepared our taxes and there is a coldness surrounding this woman that I just don't get. She gives off a high degree of arrogance and snootiness like I'm wasting her time EVERY time I have seen her. BTW: They certainly don't know how to return calls when I have left messages. The receptionist is wonderful, however. Come on Fitschens!! Being kind and warm isn't difficult. Try it!
