I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were there for temporary housing and a relocation company put us there. Our overall experience was so bad, the relocation company put the property on their do not use list.The townhome was very dirty when we moved in. The inside of the toilet bowls were stained brown. The carpet was new, but they never cleaned after installing and there were carpet fibers everywhere. The windows treatments all had a thick coating of dirt. One of the bathroom floors was never installed right and the floor was already curling up the day we moved in. We we told the unit had been cleaned prior to move in, but that was obviously not true. There is only one narrow road in the complex. There were days the road would be blocked in both directions by construction vehicles. That's very inconvenient and also a safey hazard. There is no street parking for guests. This was an issue for alot of people because the garages are small and alot of vehicles didn't fit in the garages, so driveways were already full of tenant vehicles. They parked a dumpster at the end of our driveway for 2 months, so we had to use the neighbors driveway for 2 months to get in and out of the garage. Once the dumpster was moved they would park construction vehicles in our driveway so we couldn't get our vehicles out at all. The downspout on the garage wasn't installed correctly. As a result the sidewalk leading up to the front door was always covered in ice. We complained to management and they spread ice melt once the entire winter and never fixed the root of the problem. The next door neighbor's front door was so drafty they closed it off with plastic and stopped using it. There was constantly garbage on the ground everywhere outside. Weekly, I needed a shovel to clean up the garbage that had accumulated outside the front door. The staff members are the ones writing positive online reviews of the company. Many of the people in units around us moved out because they were also unhappy.
