No showed to 3 appointments in a row and they don't even have the courtesy to call and let you know they aren't coming so you have to wait wondering if they will come or not. When they rescheduled it was the day before they were coming and when they finally showed up they called an hour beforehand but we had already scheduled it with someone else at that point. An apology would've went a long way but it wasn't uttered once during this whole thing. Totally felt like they didn't care for my business
