All suggested Howes and the minute I entered the store I was greeted and treated with positive enthusiasm before I said a word. It only took a week to fix and was polished- all at a minimal cost. I picked up my necklace, was very happy with their work and experienced the same smiling faces that offered advice on a broken black pearl bracelet. I highly recommend Howes for your jewelry needs.
