        I live less than 10 minutes from Smith Heatings but when I received their bill, I was charged $39.00 'Travel Charge". This seems unreasonable and just another way to squeeze another dollar out of a customer. No longer a happy customer.

        Still waiting for part, on 3 year old fireplace. 3 weeks and counting. I know its difficult, but its a good retiree job, could I drive and pick up the part.? And other peoples parts.
