Awesome place, a must stay if you are looking for a perfect B&B. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend staying here. I am looking forward to my next visit so I can stay and visit again. A definite 5 star B&B.

Dave and Eve are awesome hosts! Of course the rooms and home was immaculate and Red Wing is a quaint and beautiful location on the River, but the way they welcome you and make you feel like part of the family is the icing on the cake! Breakfast was sooo good and the time they spend sharing the history of the home and surrounding area was quite fascinating.....my wife and I took a short trip to Frontenac State Park for some cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Excellent views of the river bluffs! This was a much needed get-away and we felt refreshed when we left. Thanks again Dave and Eve for the superior hospitality!

We had such a great time at Candlelight Inn. Dave and Eve were meant to run a B&B!  They love people and know what it takes to create a memorable stay for guests.  Red Wing surprised us with so may good things to see, do and eat. I think any time of year would be fun!  Go as a couple, with friends, as a retreat or girls weekend away!

Best value! You get beautiful three course breakfasts, a soft bed (I havent slept so well in a long time) and an historical setting that cant be beat. Better than any hotel by far. Our whole family stayed. It was a short walk or drive from town, but you wont want to leave. Best for 2-4 night stays.
