        Terri at Bell Mortgage assisted me from the concept phase to loan closing with a construction loan that converts to 30 year fixed rate financing. Using a construction loan on a high end build was new to me and I had both concerns and questions that she answered in reassuring and detailed manner. Terri is very trustworthy and extremely competent with all phases of the process. She was always available, or she called back in timely manner. I recomend her and Bell with no reservations.
