        Bought a chainsaw frome these guys. Had a issue with it and they got it fixed up for me in a few days. Initially it was not covered under warenty. I wasn't happy with that at all, but in the end it was no cost to me and that right there says allot! So when I need more of what they have ill be back. Because it's all about customer service.

        Lano is the best Bobcat and Kubota dealer in the business. Best sales, service and rentals. I also started buying my Stihl products here as well.

        General manager Dan worked with me in getting my tool cat repaired and back to me in a timely manner. When they found a mistake, they sent a semi to pick my equipment up. The level of care and concern was incredible. Jake in the shop also was very concerned with making sure my repairs were done right. Jim in parts department efficiently handled my business. He is extremely knowledgeable in parts and helped me get the best ones for my equipment. The two drivers who delivered my equipment were incredibly kind and sincere. Overall this is a 10/5 business.
