        I pay over $600 for premium mail forwarding. I am missing an entire week's mail which was never sent (which includes tax info and info I need to settle my mom's estate. For two weeks now NO ONE will answer the phone. Unbelievable.

        EVERYONE PLEASE REPORT EVERY MISSING (STOLEN) ITEM TO THE POSTAL INSPECTOR GENERAL! This post office has a serious mail theft issue and its the only way to stop this madness. Every single time Im supposed to receive a credit card, important documents, a check, or a gift card, the envelope is cut open upon arrival or it *magically* goes missing somewhere in the system, unless I call the POSTAL INSPECTOR. I have informed delivery and our mail is delivered to a locked box, yet its still happening.
