Perron's Sul Lago

Sul Lago is a gem in the south metro. The food was delish and cooked perfectly. We had a the tomato mozzarella salad, a filet, and the chicken picatta (the Tuesday special). Place had great ambience and our server was friendly.

This was the best meal I've ever had. I couldn't even understand how it was so good. It was the second time my husband and I have visited - the first time was great too. This time though, I got the filet and it was amazing. The asparagus was perfectly cooked. My husband realized at the end that he cut his whole filet with his butter knife! We got the Caramel Gelato at the end and I was thinking "this better be something special for $9.....". Oh my gosh. It was. I can't even express how wonderful it was - so so smooth and concentrated with flavor (the perfect hint of salt at the end of each bite). She's a good one. Spendy... but worth it.

Best restaurant in the area. Reservations recommended, staff is spot on, rare these days.
