I had these guys out to look at my garage door that wasn't closing.
Honestly the guy walked out of the truck and tweaked my sensor and it was fixed. Took him less than a minute.
The reason for the 4 star is that
I feel the 160.00 charge was a little much for this particular service.
I appreciated the guys were on time,sent a txt to let me know they were coming and were professional

The reason for my one star review is rude employees that don't understand their actions reflect the company on the side of their vehicle. And for every action there is a reaction.

Had a cable snap Friday of memorial weekend and I knew a technician would not be able to get out until Tuesday or Wednesday. I received a phone call bright and early Tuesday morning before 7 AM and Brad was here promptly before 730. Very courteous and polite technician, and had the job Completed in about 20 minutes! I will always always ALWAYS Recommend this company to whoever asks for this type of service. Ive used them over the years and theyre always very prompt, reasonable pricing, and very courteous.!!
