We had been having trouble with orange flame on appliances. The gas company claimed to not know what the problem was. Josh came out and checked our pressure and made sure we weren't getting carbon monoxide buildup in the house. Excellent service as usual.

Very responsive in scheduling appointment, even after normal hours. I wasn't in an emergency situation but they still got to me within 48 hours. Technician showed up early and fixed problem within minutes. Very professional. Had to call out for a furnace repair this winter. They were able to be out in just a couple hours, provide a temporary fix, and have a new part ordered and installed in less than two days.
