Overall, it's not bad. BUT, there we're quite a few locations this year that had a lot of shortage of help, which cause a lot of frustration for customers.

So, I know that this is kind of an unfair rating, but let me explain my situation. I went online to make an appointment at Walmart location that is very convenient to me. I made the appointment SEVERAL weeks in advance. When I arrived, someone from Walmart informed me that they had not seen anyone in the JH kiosk all day. I waited to see if a professional would arrive for my appointment. I was not contacted by phone NOR by email that JH would not be staffing someone to my appointment and location. Therefore, I had to call JH customer service, where I found another location, slightly out-of-the-way, but nonetheless nearby. THAT location is a year-round store, had plenty of staff, and there I was able to even begin early, and was out in 40 minutes. I will most likely be going to THAT location in the future.

Jackson Hewitt always gives the best service and I will always file my taxes with them. I don't think that no one else can do a better job. Special shout out to my tax preparer for getting my daughter and I the most refund that we could get.
