Having a small group that works so well together allows us to make sure someone is always available to show houses, condos and town homes as soon as the client wants to see them. We always try our best to show the Twin Cities Metro why we are Top Local Realtors.

Joe took the initiative to coordinate repairs that we both new would help my home sell faster and thus for more money. I didn't ask or expect Joe to do any of that. He offered and made it happen. Talk about a Realtor that is worth the money. I will always refer Joe when friends ask who my real estate agent is.

The only realtor that answered my call. Since I started working with Joe, he hasn't missed a call of mine yet. I've already viewed 41 homes with Joe and he hasn't once made me feel like he wants to sell me something or get rid of me. I know I am a high maintenance and annoying buyer, but Joe doesn't treat me like one.

I can't recommend Mike Milne enough as an agent. He helped us find our new home and sold our old house in less than 24 hours (we had 9 offers!). His guidance on pricing and staging of our home was second to none. His quick responses to our questions and knowledge was outstanding. I will definitely use Mike again! Thank you Mike!!
