Worked with Joe on both the buy side and the sell side. Couldn't be happier. I was out to find the best realtor at the best price and I accomplished my mission. My family and I benefited from Joe's 20 years of experience and to thank him, we have already referred him to our best friends and another co-worker. Joe said he would be the sole point of contact and that we could reach him between 6:15am and 12pm. We only took him up on the after hours calls twice, but out of the 50 plus phone conversations we had, Joe answered every single time except once.

Joe took the initiative to coordinate repairs that we both new would help my home sell faster and thus for more money. I didn't ask or expect Joe to do any of that. He offered and made it happen. Talk about a Realtor that is worth the money. I will always refer Joe when friends ask who my real estate agent is.

I can't recommend Mike Milne enough as an agent. He helped us find our new home and sold our old house in less than 24 hours (we had 9 offers!). His guidance on pricing and staging of our home was second to none. His quick responses to our questions and knowledge was outstanding. I will definitely use Mike again! Thank you Mike!!
