Rae is amazing. Having Rae come into our house and train us on our own workout equipment is great. She does a great job of motivating my preteen son, and making the workouts fun. Highly recommend to anyone!

Rae has been a lifesaver! Taking me on with a back injury she taught me how do exercises correctly to help strengthen my core and back. She got me back to exercising the right way and swinging my golf club again.

Rae is the best! Over the summer and fall of 2022, she helped me go from running three miles every few days to being able to confidently run 26.2 miles in the New York City Marathon! I always looked forward to our weekly calls because Rae brought a personal touch and unmatched expertise to every session. She is smart, understanding and wants to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I highly recommend her! You wont be disappointed.

Rae at FIx It Train It Live It is amazing! She has worked with me for about 2 years now it has been great. She really knows her stuff. Even today she still is showing me new things. She understands how much to work me and how to work me when I have sore areas! I love working with her.
